Increasing left knee pain and swelling for 9 months, which started after trauma to the knee.

A lobulated fluid signal cystic lesion is noted within the medial aspect of the infra-patellar Hoffa's fat pad with a downward extension around the medial aspect of the patellar tendon. It measures 21 x 33 x 45 mm in its maximal diameter.

Small Baker's cyst measuring about 8 x 21 mm also is seen at the posteromedial aspect of the knee joint.

Patella chondromalacia as cartilage fraying associated with subchondral cystic changes is seen at the medial facet joint.
