Incidental finding of a horseshoe kidney.
Other findings include a number of enlarged iliac lymph nodes, more so on the left than the right as well as a lobulated, enlarged left inguinal lymph node.
Splenomegaly.
Case Discussion
This 20 year-old female presented to ED with one week of generalized abdominal discomfort.
Noted to have lymphocytosis with mesenteric, iliac and left inguinal lymphadenopathy splenomegaly.
LFT derangement. Had a positive EBV serology.
