The kidneys are united at their lower pole with a horseshoe appearance. They have adequate cortical thickness. There is no dilatation of the excretory system. The gallbladder contains multiple stones.

It was decided complemented with magnetic resonance to study the gallstones found on computed tomography
MRI shows multiple gallstones in the gallbladder and common bile duct.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates a choledocholithiasis, and incidentally also demonstrates an horseshoe kidney.
