The lower pole of both kidneys are close to the midline on both the nephrogram and pyelograms phases of the study (reverse of the normal).
Mild dilatation of calyceal system is noted on both sides.
Case Discussion
The features described above are suggestive of horseshoe kidney with bilateral caliectasis.
