Horseshoe kidney with calyceal diverticula

Both kidneys are fused at their lower poles forming a parenchymal bridge crossing the midline anterior to the aorta and IVC.
Calyceal diverticula are noted, showing a contrast material level in the excretory phase confirming the connection with the collecting system.
