Helical abdominal CT is showing an incidentally hypodense solid tumor, located on the isthmus of a horseshoe kidney without lymphadenopathy and apparent invasion of surrounding tissues.

A horseshoe kidney has an increased proponderence to a number of issues, including stone disease, tumor development and injury during trauma.
