Horseshoe kidney with isthmus tumor

Study requested by diffuse abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Helical abdominal CT is showing an incidentally hypodense solid tumor, located on the isthmus of a horseshoe kidney without lymphadenopathy and apparent invasion of surrounding tissues.

Incidental bicornuate uterus containing an IUCD.
