Presentation
Slowly growing lump on the right side of the neck for years. Currently, mild difficulty breathing.
Patient Data

There is a huge ovoid heterogenous, mostly isoechogenic node in the right lobe of the thyroid gland. It measures approximately 70 x 35 mm, has zones of cystic and colloid degeneration, and also a small calcification. The vascularity is moderately increased in the periphery of the node.
Case Discussion
This patient had a palpable, growing mass on the right side of her neck, without having it examined for years. She underwent biopsy, with results confirming a colloid node.
The surgeon decided to perform lobectomy anyway, with histopathology reconfirming a colloid node.
This particular node could be classified as a TIRADS 4 node.
