Humeral fracture with Bankart lesion

Presentation

Trauma, recent shoulder dislocation and relocation.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Fracture greater tuberosity of the left humerus.

Coronal oblique T1, PD and axial Gradient show the bone contusion/hemorrhage, fracture line in the greater tuberosity, please note the detached anterior inferior labrum denoting Bankart lesion.

Other findings include osteoarthritic changes of the acromioclavicular joint, supraspinatus tendon tendinopathy/partial tear. 

The alignment of the joint is within normal limits.
