Presentation

History of trauma left shoulder due to fall, tenderness on the left shoulder, limitation in the shoulder motion.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Fracture in the greater tuberosity of the left humerus.

No dislocation is seen.

Case Discussion

Humeral greater tuberosity is the place where three muscles of the router cuff attached, so the fracture here limits the shoulder stability and movement.
This fracture generally happens in traumatic injuries, car accident and fall and in a dislocated shoulder.

This patient was managed conservatively.
