Slipped and fell on an outstretched arm, on examination: pain in the left shoulder, no open wound, no deformity.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
  •  non-displaced fracture greater tubercle of the right humerus
  •  the glenohumeral and acromio-clavicular joints appear normal

Case Discussion

Most non-displaced humeral greater tubercle fractures are successfully treated conservatively (non-surgically)
