Operation for recurrent shoulder dislocation 4 years prior. Ultrasound to look for early degeneration and cartilage thinning.

Humeral joint space narrowing.

Thinning of the hypoechoic articular cartilage of the symptomatic right humeral head. Comparison with the asymptomatic left side.
