There is a linear lucency in the distal meta-diaphyseal region of the right humerus in lateral view only. It runs posterior to anterior from proximal to distal in part of the bone.

The long axis of the distal meta-diaphyseal region of right humerus shows a breach in the cortex. There is a wide gap at the fracture site in short axis view.
Case Discussion
An infant presented with the history of trivial trauma to the upper limb. Radiograph shows possible undisplaced fracture involving the distal meta-diaphyseal region of the right humerus. Ultrasound shows displaced fracture.
