Pediatric patient with shortening and contractures of the bilateral upper limbs.

Age: 1 year
Gender: Female
x-ray

Anteroposterior upper limb radiographs reveals bilateral and symmetrical humeroradial synostosis.

No fracture or cortical destruction was noted.

Case Discussion

Bilateral humeroradial synostosis is a very rare entity and has been associated with other skeletal abnormalities and syndromes.
