Shoulder pain and limited abduction following trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Right shoulder

Avulsion of the greater tuberosity of the humerus associated with complete rupture of supraspinatus tendon, deltoid muscle and other rotator cuff muscle edema, subacromial subdeltoid bursal fluid collection and shoulder joint effusion.

Case Discussion

This case represents greater tuberosity fracture, rotator cuff tear and anterior labral tear.
