Reduced conscious level. Known Huntington chorea.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Inappropriate generalized atrophy excessive for the patient's age of only 40 years.

The frontal horns are enlarged with a box-shaped appearance.

The frontal horn to intercaudal distance ratio is significantly reduced.
