Inappropriate generalized atrophy excessive for the patient's age of only 40 years.
The frontal horns are enlarged with a box-shaped appearance.
The frontal horn to intercaudal distance ratio is significantly reduced.
Case Discussion
Take a look at the atrophy. It is like a brain twice the patient's age.
The frontal horns have a very distinct box shaped appearance.
