Bilateral caudate nuclei and putamen atrophy and also mild increase T2/FLAIR signal noted.
Case Discussion
A female was referred for evaluation of chorea. Her CT/MR images showed bilateral caudate nuclei atrophy with changes in the frontal horns. Huntington gene was positive with three repeats, consistent with Huntington disease.
