Right abdominal pain. Renal ultrasound shows a right hydronephrosis, CT was performed to determine the cause.

CT study shows the presence of a Hutch diverticulum at the right vesicoureteric junction. Presence of dilated right ureter and hydronephrosis in the right kidney likely secondary to vesicoureteric reflux. The urinary bladder wall thickness is increased.
