Presentation

Abdominal pain. History of right liver lobe cystectomy.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Post-operative changes from a partial right liver lobectomy.

A 70 × 50 mm calcified lesion is present at remnant right liver lobe. A 22 × 20 mm smaller one is also noted in the left liver lobe. In addition, a 44 × 41 mm cystic lesion with small marginal foci of calcifications is noted at caudate lobe.

A 22 mm fascial defect is present at right anterolateral aspect of abdominal wall that some omental fat herniated through it. 

In imaged portions of lower thorax; an 18 mm nodular lesion (37 HU) is noted at right lower lobe. In addition, a 35 × 20 mm cystic lesion is noted at right cardiophrenic angle.
