Hepatic hydatid cyst

A large rounded exophytic hepatic cystic lesion occupying most of the left lobe with septations, containing homogeneous hypodense fluid content. It is compressing the stomach and adjacent liver parenchyma.
Another hypodense lesion is seen in segment 6 of the liver.
Multiple interstitial uterine fibroids are noted.
Case Discussion
The presence of daughter cysts is characteristic of hepatic hydatid cysts.
