Large uterus with rapidly enhancing heterogenous material, with multiple cystic, granular, grape-like formations. No finding of disemmination on chest and abdomen CT.
Case Discussion
The BhCG was 50990 (markedly raised) and the US suggestive of gestational trophoblastic disease. CT is usually used to evaluate invasive mole or secondary localization.
