Enlarged head with almost all of the cerebral parenchyma replaced by CSF density fluid, representing sequelae of brain parenchyma destruction.
Residual tissues identified in the anteriorly and posteriorly.
The temporal lobe in the left side appear preserved.
The thalami and falx are present.
Posterior fossa unremarkable.

Features are of hydranencephaly.
