Presentation

Non-traumatic left hemiscrotal pain. Swelling for a few days.

Patient Data

Gender: Male

There is mild enlargement of left testis with increased parenchymal vascularity. There is a small hydrocele in left scrotal sac. There is an anechoic cystic lesion in left spermatic cord.

Case Discussion

Findings of left orchitis, left tunica vaginalis hydrocele and encysted hydrocele of left spermatic cord.
