There is a thin-walled cystic mass with low intensity on the T1-weighted images and high intensity on T2-weighted images and thin wall enhancement in the right inguinal region. Sonographic examination revealed an avascular cystic mass with smooth and thin wall and septa with no peristalsis.
Case Discussion
The canal of Nuck is homologous of the processus vaginalis, and incomplete obliteration of the processus vaginalis causes hydrocele of the canal of Nuck.
