Tubular swelling extending to the inguinal ring (indicated by inferior epigastric artery (blue on color Doppler image).
No ascites was found. This swelling could not be reduced. No gut signature/peristalsis was noted within the lesion.
Diagnosis: hydrocele of canal of Nuck
