Backache. Previous procedure of double-J stent insertion due ureteral calculi on left.

Ultrasound

Bilateral hydronephrosis associated with ureteral dilation, more promient on the right. Bilateral ureteral calculi.  

Signs of "double J" ureteric stent in situ. 

Case Discussion

This case represents a patient who presented with right ureterohydronephrosis due a lithiasis migrated into the ureter. She had a previous ureteral calculi on left and a placed "double J" stent on this side.
