Air-fluid level and a partially collapsed right lung are features of hydropneumothorax.

The right lung apex is irregular due to small blebs.

The trachea is central in position.

The left lung appears normal.

Case Discussion

This is case of spontaneous pneumothorax. There was no history of trauma or recent surgery and the absence of lung disease is against bronchopleural fistula.
