Hydrops fetalis

There is a single live intra-uterine fetus with growth corresponding to the period of amenorrhea. There is generalized subcutaneous edema involving head - neck - uppermost torso. There are septa within this edema. There is bilateral mild pleural effusion without ascites. The nasal bone is ossified but smaller in length.
