HSG: Bilateral distended, serpingenous fallopian tubes. No peritoneal spillage implies non-patent tubes.
Case Discussion
Both fallopian (uterine) tubes are overtly distended, with their torturosity illustrated, but without free spillage of contrast into the peritoneal cavity, implying distal obstruction/non-patency.
