Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

HSG: Bilateral distended, serpingenous fallopian tubes.  No peritoneal spillage implies non-patent tubes. 

Case Discussion

Both fallopian (uterine) tubes are overtly distended, with their torturosity illustrated, but without free spillage of contrast into the peritoneal cavity, implying distal obstruction/non-patency.
