Right ovarian cyst on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Tortuous tubular structure with a hyperintense signal (on T1/T2) in the right adnexa that can be followed to the tubouterine junction, a finding suggestive of a dilated fallopian tube with proteinaceous contents

This is coupled with milder similar changes on the left side (low on T1 and high on T2)

No water restriction on DWI images

No evidence of abnormal enhancement

No uterine abnormality

Small intramural myoma at uterine fundus posterior wall.
