Hyperdense material present overlying the left and right maxillae.
Paranasal sinuses are clear apart from a small mucous retention cyst within the right maxillary sinus.

Injection of hydroxyapatite granules along the superficial aspect of facial bony structures, such as the maxillae as in this case, is a cosmetic facial augmentation procedure.
