Non-contrast CT demonstrates a hyperdense right MCA. There is a right MCA teritory stroke with effacement of right lateral ventricle and midline shift.
Case Discussion
Hyperdense MCA sign is one of the early signs of an acute MCA teritory infarct, although in this case the territory infarct is also readily evident.
