No definite abnormality except possible right short-segment hyperdense MCA.

MRI shows typical recent infarct in the distribution of the right MCA (anterior branch) with a "filling defect" in this branch on the angiogram consistent with an embolus - this is at the site of the hyperdense MCA sign on the CT scan
