Hyperdense MCA sign on the left: increased attenuation within the left middle cerebral artery represents hyperacute thrombus.

Case Discussion

Hyperdense middle cerebral artery (MCA) sign with the presentation of acute neurological deficits is mostly representative of acute MCA occlusion. Follow up after 24 hours will show parenchymal brain changes along the territory of MCA if no urgent intervention done.
