Frontal CXR with increase lucency of the left hemithorax. No pneumothorax. Vasculature appears normal. Right side appears normal
Case Discussion
This patient had a left arm amputation, not included on the film. The hyperlucency in this case is due to atrophy of the pectoral musculature.
