There is a bilateral and symmetrical benign overgrowth/thickening of the inner table of the frontal bone.
No CT evidence of acute brain insult could be detected.
Case Discussion
This is a good example of typical Hyperostosis frontalis internal, and this is a common incidental finding on the CT/MRI brains of elderly women.
No treatment required and asymptomatic condition.
