The MR images show thickening of the frontal bone on both sides.


The CT images show nodular and polypoidal thickening of the frontal bone on both sides.

Case Discussion

These imaging appearances are consistent with hyperostosis frontalis interna

This is an incidental finding, not explanatory of the patient's headache.
