Case Discussion
Bone window CT findings are suggestive of hyperostosis frontoparietalis which is a variant of hyperostosis frontalis interna (HFI), a benign entity manifested by bony overgrowth in the frontal endocranial surface. It is most commonly reported among postmenopausal elderly women 1 (as in this case of 80 years female).
