Bilateral scleral punctate calcification and bilateral internal carotid arteries wall calcification.
Widespread skull vault and facial bone expansion with a ground-glass matrix. Multiple small rounded well-defined lytic lesions at the supraorbital rim.
Mucosal thickening of ethmoidal air cells and opacification of left maxillary sinus due to sinusitis is present.
Case Discussion
This is a patient with chronic kidney disease and history of hemodialysis which result in secondary hyperparathyroidism.
Chronic hypocalcemia with renal osteodystrophy being the most common cause of secondary hyperparathyroidism.
