Case Discussion
Hypersensitivity pneumonitis includes a group of diffuse granulomatous parenchymal lung diseases caused by sensitization to a broad variety of organic or inorganic low-molecular antigens.
Typical HRCT features encompass ground-glass opacities, mosaic attenuation, and ill-defined centrilobular nodules.
