Disturbed conscious level in hypertensive patient

Race: Caucasian
Modality: MRI

Large right periventricular intracerebral haematoma exhibiting bright signal in T1, T2 and FLAIR images and surrounded by perifocal oedema and exerting positive mass effect.

Diagnosis: Subacute intracerebral haematoma
