Irregular right upper lobe nodule, right paratracheal lymphadenopathy, left adrenal gland mass.
Case Discussion
A diffuse periosteal reaction and a history of clubbing should suggest hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, in this case secondary to lung cancer which has already spread to mediastinal lymph nodes and the left adrenal gland.
