An ultrasound scan through the pylorus of the stomach shows a 22.5 mm length of the pylorus, pyloric transverse diameter is 13.7 mm and pyloric muscle thickness is 4.7 mm.

A typical antral nipple and cervix sign is seen in image 1. 

Target sign and stomach hyperactivity were also seen (not shown).

Case Discussion

On examination, he had an olive-like mass in his upper abdomen.
