Persistent headache. Has lymphoma and is on chemotherapy and severely anemic.

Hypodense dural venous sinuses due to anemia

The dural venous sinuses appear markedly hypodense, which is in keeping with anemia. Otherwise normal study with the dural venous sinuses opacifying normally on CTV.
Case Discussion
The patient's hemoglobin was only 60. CT is not a very accurate or efficient way of measuring hematocrit but nonetheless it can be detected.
