A known diabetic patient presented to ER with reduced mental state. His laboratory work up revealed markedly reduced blood glucose level. MRI revealed bilateral hyperintense lesions at the corona radiata showing diffusion restriction and reduced ADC levels. The patient showed clinical improvement couple of days following medical treatment.
