CT images with oral and IV contrast revealed segmental narrowing at the level of hypopharynx with extension into cervical oesophagus.
Case Discussion
Patient presented with dysphagia. CT revealed narrowing at hypopharynx with extension to the oesophagus. A possible diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma was made, and subsequent tissue biopsy confirmed this.
