Left-sided heart apex (situs solitus).
Right ventricular hypertrophy.
Right atrial enlargement.
Hypoplastic left ventricle and atrium.
Hypoplastic ascending aorta.
Normal tricuspid flow.
Short femur length.
Cerebroplacental ratio <1:1.
Case Discussion
Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) results from severe underdevelopment of the left heart and is among cyanotic congenital heart diseases.
In this case, it presented with shortened fetal femur and abnormal cerebroplacental ratio.
