Right shoulder pain post low-speed motor vehicle accident.

Gender: Male

Right shoulder radiographs demonstrate a hypoplastic third rib.

There is no fracture or other acute bony abnormality. The partially visualized lung is unremarkable.

A historical radiograph of the same patient demonstrates a similar finding.
